I’m Sarah, the heart and soul behind Shine Design. I am a busy, mom of three. I am a simple, headband and hair tie kind of mom. Life gets busy and I want to make us busy moms feel more confident by adding a simple, touch of luxury to our every day style. More than that, I wanted to launch a line of hair product that isn’t full of toxins and has gender neutral scents that my husband likes too. (Less shampoo bottles in the shower… yes please!)

As a licensed Cosmetologist with over ten years of experience, this brand started with the idea of only selling a few scrunchies here and there in my salon. My clients love my products and accessories and  are now are being sold, worn and used across Cincinnati!  

We are a brand that BOLDY gives back to our community through our Shine Forward Initiative. We prioritize organic ingredients in our hair products and we handcraft all of our hair accessories with love in every detail.
